Ions

This page is under construction and will describe in a near future the effects of various ions (Na+, K+, Ca++, Mg++,..) on various parameters (early after depolarisation, transmural dispersion of repolarisation, reverse use dependence, prolongation or shortening of cardiac action potential duration, triangulation, increase or decrease of maximal rate of cardiac action potential rise,....) obtained from the silico study of their effects on the cardiac action potential from human endo-, mid- and epicardial myocytes using the ORd model
