B. Christophe obtained his PhD in 1987 (UCL).
He joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1986, first at Sanofi-Pharma as group leader, then at UCB Pharma as senior group leader. During these 24 years, he participated to the study of general and safety pharmacological activities of new chemical compounds dedicated to the treatment of CNS diseases (epilepsy, Parkinson, pain), respiratory diseases (asthma, COPD), urological diseases (urinary incontinence) and cardio-vascular diseases (atherosclerosis, class III anti-arrhythmic, hypertension).
End of 2014, he founded the SCAP Test web site and offers now services to the pharmaceutical industry based on his expertise in general and safety pharmacology.
